You're not alone. In today's fast-paced world, it can be challenging to find a sense of peace and mindfulness admist the chaos.
This is where mantra meditation comes in - a powerful practice that can help you find calm, clarity, and connection in your daily life.
The word “mantra” has its roots in Sanskrit language: ‘Man’ means the mind and ‘tra’ implies to free or deliver. Hence, the meaning of ‘mantra’ signifies that which frees or delivers the mind.
Mantra meditation helps you reduce stress and anxiety by quieting your mind and letting go of worries and stressors.
By focusing on the maha-mantra, you can improve your focus and concentration skills.
Regular practice mantra meditation can improve your overall well-being, including mood, relaxation, and stress reduction.
Mantra meditation can also deepen your spiritual practice and connection to God, Krishna.
Mantra Meditation can be categorized into two types. The first involves softly reciting the mantra using beads, only audible to oneself.
The second, known as Kirtan, is performed loudly in a group, accompanied by instruments such as the mrdanga, kartalas, and harmonium. During Kirtan, participants sing the sacred maha-mantra either in unison or through a call-and-response format.
This practice is open to everyone, irrespective of their age, background, religion etc.
Don't miss out on this opportunity to find peace, clarity, and connection in your life.

Spots are extremely limited. We are conducting this session for minimal rate and everyone involved in this are volunteers - who aren't paid a dime.
Additionally, rental cost in Singapore is awfully high, so we aren't sure if we can keep this at a low cost in the near future.
Don't waste this opportunity.

It is chanting a mantra, known as the maha-mantra, to purify our senses so that we can perceive reality as it is. There are 2 kinds of mantra meditation. First is where we play instruments and sing in a group in a call and response format. The other is where we chant the maha-mantra on beads. You will experience both kinds of meditation
Yes it is. There is a science behind it. The maha-mantra is a spiritual mantra as we are spiritual beings too. We are misplaced in this material world. By doing this mantra meditation we unlock our original consciousness, Krishna Consciousness, which is eternal, blissful and knowledgeable. Have a look at our testimonials too.
Mindfulness is all about being present. How can you be present if your mind is always busy and thinking of something? It is through Mantra Meditation that you will feel more present, grounded and calm. One of the benefit of Mantra Meditation is mindfulness.
This mantra meditation does not belong to a sectarian religion. It is open to all regardless of religion, age, ethnicity etc
Sitting down with a straight spine, neck aligned, eyes half close and looking at the tip of your nose somewhere in the nature is not going to help. In this age, this kind of meditation, dhyana meditation, will not be useful as our minds are always racing. The only way to calm this mind and be present is through sound. Sound is the bridge between the material and spiritual world. We are spiritual beings and by chanting the maha-mantra we go to the spiritual platform too, our original identity. When that happens we feel peace, bliss, groundedness and much more.
In Mantra Meditation we use the call and response format - the practitioner will teach you the mantra and we will also display the mantra for your to see it. Thereafter the practitioner will sing the mantra and we respond to that. You will be guided at every step. Don't worry, you will not be left behind. We will do this together. :)
Well then you have not been attending the right one! :) Our Mantra Meditation is different, it involves singing as a group, which is known as kirtan! All we need to do in mantra meditation is to focus on the sound of the mantra and our own voice. It's really easy and most importantly FUN!
Just imagine this. You are seated on the floor comfortably and there are 2 to 3 Mantra Meditation Practitioners in front of you - playing the Mridanga (Percussion), Harmonium and Kartala (hand cymbals). They are singing the maha-mantra melodiously, rhythmically and magnificently. The room vibes changes and you feel grounded, calm, blissful and peaceful just by being in that space and singing the maha-mantra.
In our Mantra Meditation, you will experience beautiful things that can't be describe in words at times but in a good way :)
